My name is Denice Peters. I was born and raised in Iowa. I have been drawn to art my whole life. I have attended many classes and seminars, but I am mostly self taught. My focus is to show the beauty around us and many times I depict the beauty that is dwindling in rural areas. I do landscapes in pastels and oils, and portraits in pencil and charcoal. I have run an art studio since 1989. I usually do commissioned portraits through photos for the ease of all involved. I hope you enjoy my work!
